My apologies, it seems the component we are working on caused this issue. Disabling it shows this component as working now.

The only thing wrong I think is that when I change the email of a new anonymous user, it does not send an email. Signing up does send the email however.

I see that the component was updated so I gave it a try.
It seems to work but there are some problems.

1: After I sign up then edit my profile, I'm not sent a confirmation email.
2: Using the GoBlue theme at least, logged in as the new user, I see my name as the administrator, not my username.
3: As the user, when I look at the 'Site Members', I see two users, both have the administrators name.

Yes, because the red marked requirement is not met.

I installed this on a 7.1 site. It doesn't show any enable option, it only shows a delete option.
The URL function is broken. It's not showing any image link and it's not letting me out of the editor.

The attached image is not working either but here is the link;
