Optimize Pre Loader Download 1.3

This component is created in favor or lazyload component which we removed as to avoid people using slow hosting.

This component tries to optimize the pre-loader. This is still experimental component and tested only on goblue theme.

V1.1

Tested on GoBlue Theme, Flexi , Awesome.

This works like a charm, and because the site loads a whole lot faster now I have seen an increase in usage on my site. So this component is much appreciated and a must for people who use OSSN on slower servers.
