This is a simple animation of flying through clouds as a website background.
It could be tweaked to fit your needs by editing the (colors, speed, etc) in the Clouds/plugins/default/js/clouds.php file.

If you are going to start wanting effects then you use HTML5, why would anyone want to put more resources on their Server? Nice effort though.
