Add a Google reCAPTCHA v3 on forms, This component is fork of ReCaptcha by Jonathan Goncalves and Captcha by me.
Go to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin and generate v3 site keys and secret.
If you wish to use a v2 that shows challenge to users you can use https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/component/view/2516/google-recaptcha

Try 7.4 yes sorry there was problem in zip archive.

I also get this error:

completely reinstalled but config site still empty

Yes was issue with the current version please try 7.3 and let me know if it works, example check registration and try to create account.

Try to replace your files with 7.2 version
