A responsive theme for Ossn derived from GoBlue.

Version Updates:
v.1 - Fixed issue on top bar notification icons not appearing when notification counters are present.
v.0 - Initial release (notification icons won't show when notification counter is present on top of icons)

The theme is derived from GoBlue and maintains its minimalistic feel.
