Good stuff. From my browsing, I've learned to assume you are a key member of this project.

However, if I may, a useful improvement to this component could be to make use of FileReader(), to preview the image for viewing before posting. Additionally, a cancel button could be integrated to clear any states/form display.

id=ossn-wall-photo is a great place for this.
