Whenever I tried to log in I get like a 20-30sec load in time. After that I'm good. I'm on Digital Ocean these are my specs. Shared CPU2 vCPUs 4GB 80GB SSD I know its a shared CPU, but it's only during login I get this issue.
Has anyone come across this issues? and suggestions?

Depends on what are you running on it are you using a cpanel/plesk? During login the speed is slow does it get fast after loading newsfeed page?
What exactly you mean by login do you mean when you open your website or when you enter login details and press login button?
