hi does any one know how to make the layout of the upcoming birthdays to be the soonest show first at the moment it is the other way round

It depends on the platform or application you are using to manage the upcoming birthdays. However, in most cases, you can sort the list by date in ascending or descending order to display the soonest birthdays first. Check the sorting options or settings on the platform to see if this feature is available.
