Would it be possible to put a comment in the comment thread for both posts and photos, but insert comments indefinitely? It would be useful for responding to a comment from a specific user thus creating the thread limited to that discussion in the comment itself

Sub comments are not possible or we don't have any plan so far. Look how mess the facebook comment system is, when you get notification then finding your comment or someone comment again in post is not possible.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
