GreenByGreen intentionally has a fixed left menu if the browser's window width is larger than 1300 pixels

Great work, except a little minor bug
The left menu on/off icon sometimes disappears from the upper bar for no obvious reason

it seems I found a little problem in the Indonesian language, I think the Indonesian language file is the same as English. But now I have fixed it, if you wish please download the Indonesian language file again :)

Thanks @zetman for implementing those fixes, I am wondering with the left menu button in the header section, does it is related with the screen resolutions as I am not getting on 1366x768 (16:9) and 1360x768 (16:9) resolution where as on 1024x768 (4:3) it's showing.
