I installed the plugin and entered the keywords and description also but in the html source of the page I don't see description tag or any keywords tag added..

Does this plugin really works?

it looks like I've been not very successful with making you aware that "revisit" is not a valid meta-tag, 4 months ago.

The typo/bug still comes with your latest version, so this one is another try:
whatever you meant "revisit-after" or "revised", please fix it.
