Where to edit to add ads before the newsfeed block

where to edit the newsfeed layout template (black OSSN) to add an add before the block used to post a new photo or status ?

Not mainly the sidebar but the main column in the center.
But I need to modify also the sidebar because the admin settings is not very useful instead of full HTML.
