I want to install my social network on a newly configured WAMP server. I downloaded the .zip file and extracted it. I cannot find any instructions on how to install it. (To clarify, a WAMP server is hosting your site locally, not paying a hosting service)

Remember also home hosting, You will have to do some port forwarding if you plan on being able to use the site outside of your local network. And if you have a Dynamic IP you can get a good dns free from noip.com <-- i use my noip as my actual website domain and that works a treat. i know this doesent cover your question but its some extra pointers for home hosting. I use Xampp and have little experience with wamp
