I am making new component but need suggestions ?

Now I start making new component name is help desk for .
Feature (todo list)

  1. Search option without refresh page.
  2. Mobile friendly.
  3. If any question not found in search user can submit directly pressing submit button .
    Question about
    ..how to change password. Like as faq (frequency ask question)
    But I need your suggestions suggest me some question I include.

You mean: The question will be sent to the forum admin then? Yeah, that's great.

Typical questions I would ask:

  1. Is it possible to limit the number of member postings per day?
  2. When I change my gender: Will my profile avatar change automatically?
  3. Is my error page counter broken? Yesterday I got 500, today I'm getting 500, too! Shouldn't it be 501?
  4. I forgot my name and password. Is there any way to recover at least my name?
