What you could narrow down:
1. Does your problem appear at special times - or randomly the whole day long?
2. Is there anything special with your posting that triggers the problem?
If yes, please paste the contents of your posting into a text file, compress it with zip, and make it available for download.

your logic is confusing.
14 hours ago (that was the 26 of May) you said:

Now you are telling Said to verify that start.php is in place. Why?
If start.php was not in place, Said's site would not work at all.
But Said's site IS working - so start.php MUST BE in place.

And the outdated error log (23 of May) is of no help.

If I got Said correctly, especially longer postings fail from time to time. And this is pointing into the direction, that the server is going out of resources temporarely. This kind of problem is hard to track down, and most often leads to rather unsatisfying discussions with the provider. So the easiest way to get rid of the problem is changing the provider.

Goto your installation folder**and then system ** see start.php file is exists or not? If exists check permission of your system directories
