But during creating accounts there is no errors but email not send

Sorry typing mistake in error log file there is following

I change site email also not send and disable all non core components there is nothing in error log file only show error jn one.file.php

Re validation mails:
There's a good chance that your server doesn't send out any mails
because the Site Notification Email address you're using doesn't even exist.
Re password reset:
Disable all 3rd-party components, retry reset and check your error log
