When a user tries to use password reset they get a message "Cannot reset password please try again". My validation email service is not working either. I put the smtp setting into my Outlook client and it works fine. I checked my mail service from hosting dashboard. Every thing is enable and I'm able to send test message from outlook. The log information is below:

It's because your web host has disabled certain functions like escapeshellcmd() which OSSN requires. You're going to have to switch web hosts or talk to your hosting admin and request those functions be enabled (it's unlikely they'll agree if you have VPS style hosting as it can pose security risks).
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
