I tried a lot thing. Changed PHP settings(set maximum values to 32M and 16M), disabled mod security in cPanel and tried again(mod security disabled=no video but empty post instead/easily uploading photos. mod security enabled=no videos/photos with error message), modified .htacess, added php.ini in directory. Simply did whatever i could and consulted domain provider support but none of these worked. here is the screenshot of /ossninfo.

Thanks. I didn't know the source of problem. Now it is clear. But the only thing that bothers me is that i can't upload a photo without Mod Security disabled (in cPanel). Isn't there any solution for that ? So disabling it would make it vulnerable and lose a layer of protection.

This way it was easy to find out that your site is simply missing a component.
You may embed videos in posts by simply including a link like
but you cannot upload videos by default.
If you want to upload and save videos, you need to install the Video Upload component, see https://www.softlab24.com/product/view/34/videos-upload
