Can't upload a photo in the Ad section shows an X

Hello everyone,
I just uploaded Opensource Social to my site. I was testing the Ad's section and the photos don't show up. All I get is the X in place of the photo. Anyone have any ideas on what's wrong and how I can fix it?

Okay, I just made a new Ad and the image uploaded this time. No idea what happened I used the same JPG image I used before.

Do you able to upload other photos like profile photo? did you filled all other fields when creating ad? (title, url, description? )

I forgot to add I used a PNG and JPG format for testing and it didn't work. The image is only 250 x 185 px.

Hi Bill, make sure:

  1. Your image is either jpg, png, gif format.
  2. Make sure the size of the image you upload is not larger than then size allowed by your server.
