Anyone can create a DONATE button component which will be attached to PayPal? It's just a wonderful idea that came to my mind.))

No, that's not what I want. The component you mentioned monetizes the registration of the site, making it a paid. But what I want is more simple than this. It's just a BUTTON in the Post or Menu field which by clicking Admin create a POST for which people will donate money and user by clicking will be going to the PayPal DONATION page to make a donation for that POST. To put it more simply, it is a button that allows people to donate money for certain posts or announcements.
(This will allow to raise money for good deeds, as well as urgently for a global problems.)
