When I change my language to english and then login to another device, it is not changed, how can that be?
When I log out and in again, on the other device, it seems to be changed

correct, I am using "available languages", but nothing more

You are not using langauge selector correct?

nope, I change it in my profile to English and when I login to another device, my profile language is German

You change your website langauge from admin site settings to English? and when you open it from other browser it is not English?
