Okay,
then obviously we're not very much in line with what we want. Anyway, I tried to explain why it makes sense to update Ossn. And as it doesn't need a developer to INSTALL Ossn - and you managed that - it doesn't need a developer to UPGRADE. It's a few steps and you're done.

I'm not a developer and I can't update my website so I want to get access to this component for my version...(((

I'm sorry, no.
Have a brief look into Changes.txt and ChangeLog.txt at https://github.com/opensource-socialnetwork/opensource-socialnetwork
and you'll get an idea how many things have been fixed and enhanced in the meantime. Thus I see no good reason for creating and extra component for your outdated release and would very much recommend to update your site to the latest OSSN instead.

Is it possible to make Ads Inserter available for version 5.0 or not?

So my answer is no.
Because on wider screens ads appear in the right column.

Web version?
I have no idea what you're talking about, Martin. All I can tell is that this component has been verified to work correctly with all currently available browsers.
