Simply unfold the top-right "Download" menu. There's a link to available themes.

yes we are developing components in community itself . it will be update within 3 or 2 week .

that link is IDEA. for background and stuff. But i think you should have logo at top of site and lots of advertising space. Also same a set of layouts like facebook or other styles :)
