Where can I edit footer?

The theme's directory structure has changed in the meantime:
themes/NAME_OF_THEME/page/
has become
themes/NAME_OF_THEME/plugins/default/theme/page/

I can't find themes/default/page/page.php

You need to edit file themes/default/page/page.php
