How do i run Hello World Component ver. 1.0 in OSSN version 4.0

When I downloaded this component hello world version 1.0 and install version 4.0 OSSN is not installed (it's obvious). So, How can I fix this version component Hello World 1.0 and upgrade to version 4.0 get me to help with some issues.
