Hi,
Ever since the upgrade to version 4.0. the registration form seems to be missing from the index. I haven't changed anything on the files (except background.jpg) and everything else works just fine. I tried accessing the registration form through /actions/user/register.php but that just gets me an error:

MySQL Version: 5.5.46-0 (Debian)
PHP-Version: 5.4.45-0
Cache is enabled.

Disable cache and any 3rd party components. If this doesn't make a difference, copy 4.0 installation package again onto your website. Check for transmission errors in your FTP tool, and after the transfer is complete make sure that the installation directory is readable by apache. In doubt consult your provider.
