I installed stable version/latest one but it never send confirmation email to new users. Its not about my hosting ip/mail service. Can anyone help me please?

This is not the issue of Ossn. Its your server issue, please make sure your server is running Mail transfer Agent.

Ossn is not a MTA. Your server should have support of MTA.
