Its not out , please don't upgrade your site to any of development version.
If you upgrade to v2.0-development then you would not able to upgrade to v2.0 stable when it would out.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
