Home page is up but when click login it gives error.
The requested URL /login was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Error log shows : [25-Feb-2016 15:26:37 Etc/GMT] PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 1835008) (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) in /home/mizormgr/public_html/libraries/ossn.lib.system.php on line 413
On line 413 : function ossnsitesetting_update($name, $value, $id) {
What would be the possible problem please?

It seems you are running memory limits , on which hosting service are you using?
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
