Wow finally you were right.
My IP was blocked (i don't know why, maybe i made a wrong manip).
I unblocked it and now all is ok

So strange, i made some registrations tests with different webmails and i received the confirmation email only in the webmail of my host. I tried the following webmails :

GMX : i didn't received the confirmation email
Outlook : i didn't received the confirmation email
Yahoo : i didn't received the confirmation email
Gmail : i didn't received the confirmation email
Webmail of my host : i got the confirmation email

Maybe but it is strange my host is still the same.
I sent a message to the host to know.
Seeably i am not the only one to have this problem.
I am waiting for the answer of my host

OSSN V3.x and V4.1 didn't have any thing changed with MAIL system.
