The cache folder is a subdirectory of your main Ossn directory.
Make sure that the main directory permission is set to 755 and owned by the apache process (in most cases this is 'www-data'). In doubt ask your provider.

Where is the cache folder in OSSN Project?

Make sure your cache folder is writeable.
