What do I have to do to change the URL of my site? My OSSN site, now, is mysite.com/OSSN/ossn. How to I change it so the URL is mysite.com/social ?

Step 1: Disable cache from your Ossn Administrator panel.
Step 2: Move your installation to the new location
These days internet providers offer so many different tools for moving your files from one location to another that it's impossible to offer just 1 receipe which is working for everyone. Thus, in doubt ask your provider's support which would be the best way to move your Ossn to a different place.
Step 3: Edit Ossn configuration file
Anyway, after having successfully moved your Ossn installation to the new location, enter the subdirectory named configurations, open the file named ossn.config.site.php with a simple texteditor like notepad and change the line starting with $Ossn->url .... accordingly. That's all.
