  2. Audio and video call
  3. Comment reply.
  4. Chat option in mobile small screen.
  5. Post videos in comment .
  6. User about page .
    7.when site owner update their website privacy automatically send notifications all user .

I think Audio/video call is readily achievable by using webRTC which offer the script to do the same.

I am looking forward if someone has developed that component.

just google webRTC open source and you can find so many solution related to the same.
