Check your server configuration its provide writeable directory or not if you not now please contact your host providers thanks

Make writeable directory because when your website member delete file It's work perfectly otherwise not

Please follow the guides how to report a bug and how to enable error reporting. In doubt consult your provider where your webserver's log files are located. The log file will give you usable information about what's going wrong.

If you try to install to your own pc make directory in C://ossn_data and write these location data link during installation. I am install ossn many time in my own pc and 000webhost

it mean's either your data directory is not writable or invalid
