Yeah, I just gave it a try creating a video like that with

ffmpeg -loop 1 -i zet.jpg -i zet.m4a -c:v libx264 -shortest -pix_fmt yuv420p -vf scale=320:240 itworks.mp4

Watch the result on http://z-mans.net/ossn-reports/2216/itworks.mp4

You can upload and listen to it without problems from your Ossn Video component.

The files types supported by the Video component are: .3gp, .mov, .avi, .wmv, .mp4
These of course are basically meant for real videos, but encoding a 'video' with just 1 still image and an audio track should work. :)
