When we make another albums like as wallpaper, Malik Umer , and upload images .
Images is not show in timeline any idea

Such a feature didn't exists but it should be nice if it is implemented in future versions. I have created a task for Ossn v4.4 , once its implemented i'll create a separate component for this feature.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
