I registered a zetman account in order to have a look into your issue, but I got no confirmation email. Please validate my account manually from User Manager -> Unvalided Users.

Nothing seems to have changed, I even made a completely new website to test it and didn't edit anything or add anything, and it seemed to still not work.

Since I'm getting a syntax error in my browser's developer console on your frontpage already, and your site is higly customized with additional scripts, one or more of these error throwing scripts are stopping OssnChat from working correctly.
I'd recommend, to
- disable all components NOT starting with Ossn...
- remove any 3rd party Javascript code you may have added to the core system manually
step by step until the problem disappears.
This way - and back to a plain core system the OssnChat must start working again.
Maybe it's even easier to build up testsite in paralled from scratch and add all the parts step by step until the problem occurs again.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
