Is there any future possibilities of creating a group chat in private chats, just like you can on Facebook messenger?
Also is it possible to get help to add a button that can be used to add members to a group so you don't have to rely on requests?

When I make a group I have to ask people to request to join it. I can't invite them into the group, which makes it troublesome because I have to guide people where they can find the group through the page. It would be easier to send out invites to people who has a user on my ossn page.
It's just like a button on any Facebook page where you can invite friends to join a group. I hope that explains it :)

As for the group chat: Maybe it'll become part of Ossn 5 or a later version, I can't give a definite answer here right now.
Member Add button: Could you please tell us in a more detailed way about your idea, like:
