Hey all,
I'm looking to add more options to the register page.
how would I go about adding more text boxes and radio boxes?

So ... while still waiting for Nandkishor's demo ...
a more reliable way to accomlish your request would be using the "Custom User Fields" component available from https://www.softlab24.com/product/view/4261/custom-user-fields , I think.
