So I just did a fresh install of OSSN on Ubuntu Server 16.04.4 with a LAMP stack PHP7. All went well until I tried to open to the site post install. There were no error messages just a white page. I installed it to the root dir of the server. I checked phpmyadmin and the database looks good so it's not a connection issue.
Any help you good people could give would be greatly appreciated.

That seems strange issue, one more question :
You can also try to install http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Install on your fresh VPS (which is free vps panel)

Hello and Thank you for your response. You can find the php info page at http://devsprivatemedia.net/info.php
During the installation there were no errors at all. All of the prerequisites were good. I went through the prerequisite list on the site before installation to make sure I wasn't missing anything so not sure what has caused this. It's just a blank white page. I chown the entire directory to www-data as well and the data directory was created outside of the main site directory.

Please provide more details about server and what is your PHP version? Which 7 ? 7.0/7.1/7.2 ?
On the installation page did you see missed any prerequisite?
