I did install the files to hosting according to the instruction but there was a problem that mention PHP allowurlfopen is required.I do not know how to solve this problem.Thank you.

As Arsalan said, it's probably an issue with your hosting provider disallowing that option, but if you have access to the server's php.ini config file and just need to know how to modify it to enable that directive, this should help: https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/developer-corner/php/using-php.ini-directives/php-allow-url-fopen-directive

You have to contact your hosting provider to solve the issue for your hosting account.
