Olá! Gostaria de saber se tem como usar esse CMS apenas como um site comum que o acesso seja direto na pagina home do site sem fazer Login assim como um site wordpress, joomla, etc...

@Antonio, you can take a look at https://www.softlab24.com/demo it comes with three themes , with Awesome theme you can also able to customize home page from administration panel!

that's what I want to do the same as your site but I do not know which file to configure and congratulations for the site was very good.
I want all users to enter the home page without having to sign in
how to get the social theme?

Well,
although I wouldn't consider Ossn to be a CMS in first place, you can customize it in many ways.
Actually, it just depends on the theme (and additionally installed components) what will be displayed on the home page.

It's making use of the "Social" theme and the "Blog" component.
