Honestly, I think this forum could be twice as helpful if people were more willing to co-operate.
How can I help with an issue like "I can't upload gifs"? Knowing absolutely nothing about the system on the other end. All I can tell is: He, it's working fine here. And that was that. From my point of view just frustrating, and it's likely the other side won't feel much better.
In fact I don't expect to receive a perfect bug report every time in the very beginning, but a least some basics as outlined in How-to-report-a-bug and as provided by the System-Info component. But chances are good that we receive nothing, and all we can do is close case like that. A pity actually.
