I am a proud Premium owner, and while I was configuring my site, I came across Sentiment. What is it? What does it do? And how does one set it up? Thanks in advance.

sentiment analysis is a popular technique and often found in natural language processing APIs. it is a way to analyze text content for indicating that its overall sentiment is positive, negative, or neutral. in this case, your status post would be analyzed for content and ossn would then assign it a value on a scale ranging from negative to positive. in this case, that rating (positive/negative/neutral) is then displayed near the post.
