i have created folder ossn_data and given all permission but still it is throwing Invalid data directory or directory is not writeable as output!

Contact your provider, show him your error log and ask for removing that openbasedir restriction which currently prevents PHP from writing anything outside of htdocs.

i download the systeminfo component and did as suggested and now it is showing
No permission problems found.
but i was not able to solve this warning

and is still showing same issue
Invalid data directory or directory is not writeable
now what can i do please help

To get an idea about what's going wrong
- download the Systeminfo component
- unzip it locally and follow the steps provided by the README.md file in the tools directory
