recreating the database.. created the finish page, but its just blank white screen now..

i will look at it more later..
have to go.

@Arsalan, sorry forgot to mention, i tried the manual URL entry as well, i can fill out the Database requirements, and then its the Create Admin Account, but i get an error there as well..

Account registration failed! Please try again later.

I may try something else, and i'll let you know..
(re-create the databases)

I have ran OSSN previously. Without any real issues (at least on install).
This is a new install on my server. I have also tried installing it with php-fpm, instead of cgi-fcgi.

same result.

All of the other requirements show "OK".
just not that one. :/

@Kroschel, is this your first time installation of OSSN or you already have previous version running without any issue on same hosting? Do you have apache on your server?

You may bypass it by mywebsite.com/installation/?page=settings

i have installed the latest build (ossn-v5.1-1564080285.zip), and now i am receiving such similar error as mentioned above.. any ideas why/what i can do?

the error instead though is the first line and it reads:

[APACHE, PHP_SAPI (cgi-fcgi)]

ALL of the rest of the prerequisites are good.

I am running Linux/CentosOS with CWP (Control Web Panel).

Try to download the latest build here https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/download_ossn/latest/build.zip as since litespeed and apache shares same .htaccess configs so OSSN should work fine.

Download the https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/download_ossn/latest/build.zip in which this has been updated.
