Loic,
all currently available Ossn themes are column based. And there is no simple line of code to tell one column: Come on, be the centered one and forget about the others.
So, all I can recommend is: Have a look at

make friends with the bootstrap layout concept and the elements provided by Ossn, and then create your own custom theme.

No idea what you are trying to achieve.
Please provide a screenshot of an example page showing what you want to move to the center.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
