Q; is there a way to add a component that will allow users to upload files and allow other users the ability to download those files?
Q: And a button that users can click to print the posts?

There is a component to upload and download files..
Look in Softlab24 "Files Sharing"
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
