I have trouble getting tired for a whole week and I don’t know what the reason is that I corrected the error message MOD_REWRITE REQUIRED Before installing I tried all solutions on the internet including modifying the apache2.conf file and modifying the .htaccess file

Yes no avail because the rules you added making more troubles, please don't modify any files.
Now restore the original file and let us know what do you see when you visit yourwebsite.com/rewrite.php
