Well, since Ossn is used all over the world it's hardly possible to find that 'one and only' weather app which would make every admin happy. That's why I'd recommend to use the Ossn Menubuilder and add a link to your own favorite weather page provider.

Ok i want thé membres can look easly thé weather in a widget or in the menu builder can i open à link in the same page in a iframe

Could you please tell us a little bit more what you're thinking of
or in which way it makes sense to you to see the weather from within OSSN?
I mean, there are so many stand-alone weather report sites around the world - why not simply browse these sites directly?
